What should we wear?
For Family Photos: Wear what you're comfortable in. Keep in mind layers look great in photos. When it comes to colors. I always suggest to pick up to 3 colors that compliment each other and stick within those 3 colors.
How long have you been doing this?
I opened my photography business in 2017 and have been capturing moments ever since!
When is the best time for photos?
The best times to take photos are either during the first 2 hours after the sun rise or the last 2 hours before the sun set. The lighting during these times allows me to give you the best quality photos.
How do we get our photos?
Most of your sessions will be posted on my PixieSet Gallery. You will be sent a password to access the gallery.
What is your deposit on weddings?

We require a 10% deposit in order to reserve your date on our calendar.
Whats your turn around time?
Turn around depends on what type of photography you are needed and the season we finds ourselves in. Most family and portrait sessions will received their link to the photos in less than 2 weeks. For Weddings, the turnaround time is normally 4-6 weeks.
How many clothing changes come with graduate pictures?
Normally, our graduate prepares 2 outfits for a graduate session.
Can you help us with planning?
When it comes to weddings, depending on the location, Amber and Jon may do a site visit prior to the wedding to ensure proper lighting, etc. When it comes to the wedding schedule, some things to think about are whether or not there are specific photographic items like a Recessional.
How far out do you book?
For weddings: The sooner the better, especially when planning your complimentary engagement session.
For Family and Portraits: Just send me an inquiry and we can find a great time that works for you.
What should we do for an engagement session?
Engagement sessions are the best. If you purchase one of our packages, we will sit down in advance, learn your style and vision, and go planning from there!
How long does a Newborn Session normally last?
Normally, Newborn sessions take around 2 hours. I want to create a relaxing environment where there is no extreme time pressure and where parents can breathe and take time to tend to their precious new baby. These session usually take place in your home and at your pace.
Travel
Available for hire in the pacific northwest and beyond. Previous travels include, France, Spain, Canada, Alaska, Ireland, and New Zealand. Contact us for an overseas quote.
